Unless otherwise noted, materials, including text and image files, from Arizona Costume Institute’s web site may be downloaded or printed for non-commercial educational and/or personal use without Phoenix Art Museum's written permission provided that:

- Materials are not modified in any way; and
- Any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices that have been placed in the materials by Phoenix Art Museum are not removed.
 
Commercial Use
Commercial use of Arizona Costume Institute materials is expressly prohibited without prior written permission from Phoenix Art Museum. Permission for such use is granted at the sole discretion of Arizona Costume Institute and/or Phoenix Art Museum on a case by case basis. There may be a usage fee involved depending on the nature and type of the proposed use.
