Join us for an exciting program about Dutch design. Speakers, Adam Nocek and Stacey Moran will address the various ways in which Dutch fashion is historically and culturally situated within a broader context of conceptual design in the Netherlands. Nocek and Moran pay special attention to the work of Iris van Herpen and explore how she rejuvenates craftsmanship through innovative materials and technologies. This event is a timely presentation with the debut of Iris van Herpen's solo exhibition opening at Phoenix Art Museum on February 24, 2018.
