Holiday Luncheon

Cummings Great Hall, Phoenix Art Museum

Join Arizona Costume Institute (ACI) and Phoenix Art Museum to celebrate fashion at the most fashionable fundraising event of the year—ACI’s annual Holiday Luncheon.

As a support group of Phoenix Art Museum, ACI has supported the Museum’s fashion-design collection since 1966 through the acquisition, preservation, and appreciation of garments and accessories of historical and aesthetic significance, as well as through fundraising efforts that support fashion education programs. Each year, ACI’s annual Holiday Luncheon consistently raises more than $100,000 in vital resources for fashion at Phoenix Art Museum, bringing an internationally recognized fashion icon to the Valley of the Sun. The 2019 event’s guest of honor and keynote speaker was Tonne Goodman, former Vogue fashion editor and author of Point of View. Other past luncheon speakers have included famed milliner Stephen Jones, costume designer Patricia Field, creator of New York Fashion Week Fern Mallis, and fashion illustrator David Downton.

In addition, the Holiday Luncheon features a champagne reception, lunch, a book-signing or meet-and-greet with the keynote speaker, and a raffle featuring high-end, luxury items from both local and nationally recognized designers, boutiques, and businesses. Luncheon tickets range from $200 to $1,000, with table and sponsorship opportunities also available. All proceeds benefit fashion exhibitions, acquisitions, and education programming at Phoenix Art Museum.
