A panel of international speakers will share their experiences in working with and researhcing the most celebrated contempory avant-garde designers of the 20th & 21st century. From Curator and buyer to historian and hair stylist, our dynamic line-up of speakers will provide a range of unique insights about designers such as Thierry Mugler, Jean Paul Gaultier, John Galliano, Issey Miyake and Claude Montana.

Participants will have the opportunity to tour the Emphatics: Avant -Garde Fashion 1963-2013 exhibition prior to the symposium and during the reception.

$60 general ticket, $20 student ticket

Ticket price includes lectures, exhibition preview and reception. Seating is Limited. Tickets must be purchased in advance. Tickets will not be issued. Names will be held at the door.
