We had an incredible turnout at the Seven Sisters Style 2nd Wednesday Luncheon. Author Rebecca Tuite discussed her book and the journey of women’s “prepster style” in the 20th century. Campus women developed the preppy look we know today by adapting masculine elements such as bowties and suit jackets into their everyday style. From bloomers to jeans, Tuite discussed the origins of these iconic looks and their revolutionary impact on women at the time. We hope you enjoyed the presentation and are able to attend our Holiday Luncheon on December 9th featuring esteemed celebrity stylist Freddie Leiba.
